WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy that is FIRM & NON-NEGOTIABLE.

This policy stands for all appointment types. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, your booking fee will be non-transferable and void.

If you no-show on your appointment, or if you fail to adhere to the pre-care instructions on the day of your appointment, you will be subject to a charge of 25% of the full service amount.

If you are attempting to cancel outside of our business hours, you are required to EMAIL US as it will act as a timestamp for our policy. Our email address is: browsbyyael@gmail.com


What is your booking fee?

Booking fees are standard practice for any cosmetic procedure or appointment. Each appointment requires a $25 (for lash services) or $100 (for brow & other services). This fee is deducted from your total at checkout.

Please note that booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE.


do you offer financing?

Yes, we do! You may apply for financing directly through MediCare at http://www.medicard.com

Please note that all of our booking and cancellation policies still apply, and all associated financing fees should be discussed with MediCard directly.

If you require financing, we recommend being pre-approved prior to booking, to avoid losing our non-refundable booking fee.


do i need a consultation?

A consultation will be part of your regular appointment. However, if you have had previous microblading or permanent makeup, skin issues, scar tissues, or medical issues requiring discussion, a separate consultation may be needed.
