BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Each appointment requires a $25 (for lash services) or $100 (for brow & other services) booking fee. This fee is deducted from your total at checkout. Please note that booking fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
Should you book without a credit card, you will be required to leave a 25% deposit via e-transfer.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy that is FIRM & NON-NEGOTIABLE. This policy stands for ALL appointment types, including complimentary appointments. If you cancel within this timeframe, your booking fee will be non-transferable and void. If you wish to cancel or reschedule outside of the 48-hour period, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment time. If you late-cancel/no-show for your 4-10 week touch-up or a consultation, you will be charged $100 at your next appointment.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL CLIENTS

Permanent makeup is considered a semi-permanent procedure since it does not go as deep in the skin as a traditional tattoo. As the skin cells go through their natural shedding cycle, the permanent makeup will slowly fade as well as new skin is formed. The longevity of your permanent makeup can be affected by several factors including but not limited to: your body's natural skin cell turnover rate (this differs from person to person), if aftercare is followed, sun exposure, skin care products, and other lifestyle factors. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the length of time your permanent makeup will be vibrant for, or when you may require a touch up.

Applications are completed via their website. All associated fees should be discussed with MediCard. All booking fee and appointment policies for Beauty By Yael still apply.

FILLING OUT THE BOOKING FORM BELOW WILL NOT BOOK YOU AN APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL BE TAKEN TO A SEPARATE BOOKING SITE TO BOOK AND YOU MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OF YOUR APPOINTMENT.
